Kim Dahlberg tailor made value selling workshop & additional sales coaching workshop

Rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud müügikoolitaja Kim Dahlberg viib läbi müügiprogrammi töötoad 13.-15. juunil 2017. Registreerumine lõppeb 15. mail või kohtade täitumisel.

Programm koosneb kahest osast:
1) I osa: 2-päevane väärtuspõhise müügi töötuba müügimeeskondadele 13.-14.06:
2) II osa: 1-päevane müügijuhtimise töötuba ainult müügimeeskondade juhtidele 15.06.

Dear members,

In June Estonian ICT Cluster is focused on human resource development and raising our partners skills and knowledge on value selling and sales coaching. Therefore we have organized 2  tailor-made workshops by international sales coach Mr. Kim Dahlberg*. 

The Programme consists of two parts:

1) Two-days value selling workshop for sales teams on 13.-14.06.2017 –  up to 20 participants. 
The participants will improve their competencies in Value Selling in the following areas: 
• A deeper understanding of buying process/sales process 
• Learning about key sales activities needed before – during and after the sales meeting to optimize sales performance 
• Sales Acceleration – Value Selling (Concept & Sales Tools) 
• Value Proposition – Messaging 
• Common platform, structure in the sales approach
• Segmentation & targeting of customers (Win Plans) – sales acceleration
• Building individual Win Plans for selected Must Win sales opportunities – planning sales initiatives

Participation rate of the 2-days value selling workshop is: 
• For Estonian ICT Cluster partners 280 EUR+ VAT 
• For ITL members 380 EUR+ VAT 
• For others 600 EUR+ VAT 

The price includes coffee breaks and lunch. 
Since number of participants is limited then up to 3 persons from one company are allowed.

2) Additional sales coaching workshop only for sales managers on 15.06.2017 – up to 10 participants (participation in the value selling workshop before is mandatory). 

The participating sales organisations will improve their competencies in following areas:
• A deeper understanding of background for Coaching and the effect of Sales Coaching
• Learning about Listening & questioning techniques
• Building and maintaining TRUST
• Sales Coaching Skills
• Pipeline Coaching
• Opportunity Coaching
• Skills Coaching
• Planning, structure securing progress on sales opportunities
• Sales Leadership which will be more challenging and motivating for the sales reps.

Participation rate of the additional sales coaching workshop is:
• For Estonian ICT Cluster partners 80 EUR+ VAT 
• For ITL members 130 EUR+ VAT 
• For others 300 EUR+ VAT 

The price includes coffee breaks and lunch. 
Since number of participants is limited then up to 2 persons from one company are allowed.

* Kim Dahlberg has 12 years of experience as a consultant, teacher, facilitator and executive business coach and works primarily with sales performance, acceleration projects in sales organisations as well as implementation of sales strategies. Kim has solid experience in teaching and facilitation of workshops and coaching of managers and management teams. Please look more from the introduction added to the current invitation.
