e-Governance training program
Project main aim is to give participants from the African Union member states real e-governance user experience. Through demo solutions they can test how digital technologies could work in their priority area and help to raise the effectives in governance. Estonian ICT Cluster partners have very good experiences how to build most advanced e-state solutions and they want to share this experience with African countries and help to build most advanced e-societies there. With this project we support and pilot the establishment of e-Governance training programs for supporting the aims underlined in MoU between African Union and Estonia.
