How to attract and retain International Talent

Recruiting and retaining international talent is an increasingly important topic for anyone who wants to grow their business, find the best people and stand out as an employer. That is why we invite you and your colleagues from your company to the online training “How to attract and retain International Talent” on Tuesday, October 7th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The training provides a practical overview of how to find international talent, appear attractive to them and how to actually keep them in your company.
Topics covered in the training:
- strategic workforce planning;
- global trends in recruitment and employer branding;
- recruiting international talent.
Trainers: Kersti Vannas – Founder, CEO and Strategist of Instar and Jelena Laudver – Head of Talent Acquisition at Instar.
Target audience: Business leaders, HR managers, recruiters and anyone interested in this topic.
Participation fee:
- For ITL members, cluster members and Escaltech companies: 49€ + VAT
- For others: 79€ + VAT

The training will be held in English.
If you cancel your participation, the training fee will not be refunded.
