ESCALTECH project participants are invited to a seminar „Monetization. Adding new revenue streams to your business with or without the business model redesign” by Paulo Machado, which will take place online on (time of seminar changed from 3.04 to 15.04) 15th of April, 2024 from 9 am to 1pm.
The seminar will focus on how to add new revenue streams to your business with or without the business model redesign.
There is also possibility to have an individual consultation with Paulo Machado (1h per training participant) to discuss already more specific details about your product or service (time options for individual sessions you will find in application form, previous reservation required).
Price for seminar – Eur 30,00.
Price for individual session – Eur 50,00.
Our speaker Paulo Machado specializes in lean innovation and technology strategy for leading organizations, from startups to global institutions. He was a part of the founding team of technology startups in Europe and the US, served as lead mentor for Stanford University’s Technology Entrepreneurship program, and his work includes award-winning products for the Defense Advanced Research Agency (DARPA), the World Bank, and the French Department of Education.

10:10 – 11:30 Monetizing your company’s offering with added revenue streams. Options to generate more revenue from products or services
11:45 – 13:00 Monetizing the business. Focus on creating value from collaborative partnerships, licensing.
