Tallinn Digital Summit 2025

October 9, 2025 - October 10, 2025

On 9–10 October 2025, Tallinn hosted global leaders for the Tallinn Digital Summit.

This annual high-level conference gathered global leaders and experts to explore the opportunities, challenges, and future of the digital society. This year’s theme – “Collectively at the Crossroads: Towards Secure and Resilient AI Futures” – highlighted the decisive moment we face as artificial intelligence and exponential technologies reshape national power, economic competitiveness, and global security.

Delegations included heads of state, ministers, policymakers, leading innovators, and digital visionaries, coming together to address AI in governance and education, cybersecurity & digital resilience, innovation, open data & govtech efficiency and future-proofing democracy through technology.

Alongside TDS, Tallinn also hosted the Arraiolos Group Summit and the Freedom Online Coalition ministerial, making the city a true global hub for digital leadership this October.

We are delighted that Enterprise Estonia in cooperation with ITL hosted the U.S. delegation this year, led by Warren (Skip) Newberry Jr., Technology Association of Oregon.

ITL also hosted a VIP reception for special guests.
The reception was held in cooperation with the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with the support of the following ITL member companies:
