ITL joined the Digital Omnibus Joint Letter

Europe needs real digital simplification, not additional layers of complexity. ITL Estonia has joined together with DIGITALEUROPE and European industry associations in calling for a Digital Omnibus that supports innovation, clarifies AI and data rules, and reduces overlapping cybersecurity obligations.
We are calling on policymakers to use the Digital Omnibus to strengthen Europe’s innovation capacity and technological sovereignty. The Digital Omnibus is an opportunity to:
- Reduce unnecessary regulatory burden
- Provide greater legal certainty for data use and AI development
- Streamline overlapping cybersecurity reporting obligations
