ITL’s new board focuses on digital government, AI and exports
April 30, 2025ITL has a new board for 2025-2027.
Ats Albre will continue as president, Kedi Välba, CEO and board member of Aktors OÜ, was elected vice president.
“Our task is to maintain and grow the strengths of the Estonian technology sector in an era when changes are faster than ever before,” said Ats Albre, who was elected as the president of ITL for the second time. “The sector wants to grow strongly. To do this, it is important to be more technologically innovative – from communication infrastructure to artificial intelligence. And for the state to trust the private sector with greater responsibility, which can later be realized in foreign markets.”

The new board includes Ats Albre, CEO of Nortal Estonia, Lauri Almann, co-founder and chairman of the board of CybExer Technologies, Sven Aulik, director of sales and international partnerships at Fleetguru, Triin Kalinin, head of regulatory relations at Elisa Eesti, Urmas Kõlli, chairman of the board of Datel AS, Ivo Suursoo, chairman of the board of OIXIO Group, Anna-Greta Tsahkna, CEO of Timbeter, Andre Visse, CEO of Telia Eesti, Kedi Välba, CEO and board member of Aktors.
When setting priorities, the new board will base its work on ITL’s vision of an information society, in which important pillars are an innovative and sustainable economy, a smart nation, and a visionary state.
