January 26, 2024Facing challenges in scaling up your business? We organized a session on 25th of January 2024 in Tartu on the sidelines of sTARTUp Day 2024.
Escaltech hosted a morning session with Carl-Robert Reidolf (Net Group) where our companies discussed the challenges they face in scaling up and heard experiences from each other about their journeys and solutions to such challenges.
The sparring session led to 3 main topics emerging from the discussion: Team building, Expanding to new markets, Balance between scalability and customisability.
