Koolitus “Small Talk and Networking”

In September the Estonian ICT Cluster and ITS Estonia are organising a one-day practical training on Small Talk and Networking. The training is conducted by Scott Levey, a recognised professional who has over 25 years of experience in designing and providing practical participant-centred training, including in networking and communication, for companies ranging from growing businesses to global multinationals. He is a Director at Target Training that has delivered training and consulting globally to hundreds of companies.

Time:
Group I – Wednesday, 20 September 2023 from 10.00 until 18.00,
Group II – Thursday, 21 September 2023 from 10.00 until 18.00.

Venue: Tallinn

Target Group: sales and business development representatives from Estonia, Finland and Latvia, but also everyone who want to improve their networking skills are welcome to participate.

Language: English

By the end of the training each participant will have:
• identified typical personas they would like to connect with, and explored these persona’s needs
• reflected and evaluated themselves (attitudes, behaviours and assumptions) in a professional socializing and networking context
• developed a meaningful and human process for identifying, connecting, exploring and qualifying leads
• identified core questions for creating rapport, connecting, qualifying and transforming … and embraced the power of attentive listening
• identified and developed powerful stories that stick
• acquired practical tips, techniques and phrases
• practised, practised, and practised.

The registration will close on 20.08. or earlier if all places are filled. Please note that places are limited as each group will include a maximum of 20 participants. In case of higher-than-expected level of interest, the organisers have the prerogative to limit the number of participants per each company.
In case of cancelling registration after 20.08., a full participation fee will still be charged!

The trainings are organised in cooperation with ITS Finland, DIMECC, and Latvian IT Cluster/ Digital Innovation Hub through the ISMEF and ESCALTECH projects and supported from the Interreg Central Baltic Programme that is co-funded by the European Union.
